About CampusCare

The University of Illinois at Chicago requires that all eligible students be covered by health insurance and provides a plan for which the fee is automatically assessed along with other tuition and fees. Eligible students include all registered Undergraduate, Graduate, and Health Professional students. There is no enrollment form to complete. Students with comparable health insurance coverage, for example through a legal guardian or an employer, can waive out of the program by submitting the online Waiver Form before the enrollment change deadline.

Student Health Information

University Medical Services at Parkview serves all registered students at the University of Illinois Rockford campus, including those enrolled in medical biotechnology, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and public health.

Students must be covered by Campus Care or have private insurance. A co-pay may be required at the time of service.

Noel Pycior, MS, APRN, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner (FNP) providing comprehensive medical care for University of Illinois Rockford students at University Medical Services at Parkview. Specializing in health promotion services, Noel also diagnoses and manages acute and chronic illnesses providing high-quality, individualized care.
